15.2 “central post” refers to any object that is in italics in this collective agreement. 1.4 “general increase” a percentage of salary increase applicable at all stages of all the grids of a settlement agreement. Acceptance of employment at Edmonton Catholic Schools is considered to be the adoption of all applicable statutes of the Province of Alberta and the regulations adopted there, guidelines and rules that may be taken from time to time by the Board of Directors, Management and Operation of School Sites and School Buildings as part of its jurisdiction and the provisions of the Council`s wage agreement with the group of workers. 1.9 This collective agreement benefits and binds the parties and their rights holders. 11.1.5 At the end of the leave granted in accordance with paragraph 11.1.1, the teacher is reinstated to the position held by the teacher at the time of leave or to a position agreed upon by mutual agreement.
