Depot Access Agreement

All approved agreements, and then approved amendments, are recorded in our public registry. E-mail: Fax: 020 7282 2043 The railway network has a large number of private facilities accessible by train. We regulate access to a hundred light maintenance depots in the UK that provide passenger and other train services. The operator of a repository is designated as the owner of repository facilities. Other train operators or third parties who procure deposit services on behalf of a train operator (so-called beneficiaries) who wish to use the depot must enter into an access agreement with the owner of the depot facility. If we do not approve the agreements, they will be ineffective. Team members are happy to discuss any issues related to access to the station or depot. This page will be used as a summary of all presentation documents published by the ORR regarding access to stations and depots, including access agreements, access conditions, annexes, amending documents and modification agreements.
